Product Features

Lined shuttle rotomolding machines feature multiple independent arms operating along a track-based shuttle system. Each arm can be individually controlled, enabling flexible access to identical or different heating and cooling stations. This design supports simultaneous production of products with varying cycle times, allowing loading/unloading on other arms while one is heating—eliminating downtime. Designed for large, heavy-duty products, it incorporates precise temperature control and rotating arm ventilation to ensure uniform wall thickness. Production continues during mold changes, balancing efficiency with flexibility.

The oven adopts a pure hot air circulation heating method, and the hot air can be directed to the mold at an intelligent adjustment speed to form deep cavity products.

The oven door adopts an anti-deformation structure with good sealing performance, the frequency conversion drive is fast and stable.

Adopt digital wireless communication technology, so equipment installation is flexible, electrical wiring is simplified, and remote access to machine software is supported.

Each arm is equipped with a single air line; dual air line is optional.

Large flow negative pressure fans, including air cooling and water cooling, are adopted to achieve fast cooling speed and high production efficiency.

Cart is controlled independently, with frequency conversion speed regulation system adopted to balance movement.

Burner Brand Options: We offer Italian Riello and German Weishaupt. Natural gas, liquefied gas, diesel, etc. can all be used.

PLC Control Solution: Modular PLC design with Ethernet communication ensures stable signal transmission without wiring faults.
