The rocking bed drives mold rotation, combined with the oven's precise temperature control to guarantee consistent wall thickness for thick-walled and complex products. Some models are equipped with lateral transfer carts and automatic lifting assemblies, enabling simultaneous part removal and mold loading to enhance efficiency. The design balances simplicity and practicality, making it suitable for trial production and large-scale specialty molding while maintaining relatively controllable energy consumption.
