The PPMF series is purpose-built for high-speed, precision pulverizing of PE, PP, EVA, and other medium-hard, impact-resistant, and brittle thermoplastics, as well as recycled scrap, films, and rotational-moulding materials.
The output fineness (ranging from 20 to 120 mesh) is easily adjusted by modifying the grinding gap between the discs using a standard feeler gauge and adjusting bolts according to your target material size.
The machine uses a dual Water + Air cooling system. This effectively dissipates heat generated during high-speed grinding, preventing heat-sensitive plastics from melting or degrading during continuous operation.
Our new-generation grinding discs are manufactured from high-strength wear-resistant alloys, delivering up to twice the service life compared to conventional discs, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs.
