Product Overview

The PPMF Series Grinding Disc Plastic Pulverizer accepts disc diameters from 400 to 800 mm and is purpose-built for high-speed, precision pulverizing of PE, PP, EVA and other medium-hard, impact-resistant and brittle plastics. The main shaft is machined on a high-speed precision grinder, the inner chamber is lined with wear-resistant liners, and the rotating material is fed vertically through the centre of a fixed grinding disc to meet a concentric high-speed rotating disc. Centrifugal force continuously carries material through the grinding zone, and the resulting powder is collected by an integrated blower and cyclone separation system for a continuous, dust-free process.
The standard machine is built from a drive motor, a disc-type grinding assembly, an inlet blower, a vibrating sieve and a dust removal system. Depending on the application, the PPMF series can be supplied as an integrated grinding-disc configuration or as separate grinding sections, and can be combined with vacuum loaders, screw conveyors, metal separators, magnetic grilles, chillers, pulse-jet dust collectors, and weighing/packaging machines to build a complete pulverizing line.
