Carousel rotomolding machine is based on the core of tower type multi-station structure, usually set up 3-6 stations, can carry out the heating, cooling, demolding and other processes simultaneously, the mold cycle running without waiting, high production efficiency. It adopts hot air or infrared heating, with precise temperature control and independent temperature adjustment for each station, and it can also be equipped with an automatic system to reduce manual intervention, which is suitable for a wide range of hollow products from small toys to large tanks, and the energy consumption per unit is also relatively lower.
