Product Features

Shuttle rotomolding machines feature a rail-based shuttle structure at their core, typically incorporating 2-4 mold carts. These carts traverse rails between stations such as heating and cooling zones, enabling separation of heating and cooling processes to prevent energy waste. Offering flexible operation, it suits multi-variety, small-to-medium batch production with quick mold changeovers. Its relatively simple structure keeps initial investment and maintenance costs low, making it ideal for producing small-to-medium hollow products.
Burner Options
We offer two brands of burners: Italian Riello and German Weishaupt. Customers can choose according to their actual needs. Natural gas, liquefied gas, diesel, etc. can all be used on the machine.
PLC Control Solution
Modular PLC design with Ethernet communication ensures stable signal transmission, eliminating issues caused by wiring faults. HMI system featuring touchscreen + remote control facilitates mold installation/demolding, boosting production efficiency.
VFD Motor System
